The truth, what’s good and what’s not
A charming regal feel and a perfect location right on Market Square. The staff's friendliness made my stay delightful.
The noise from the office next door disrupted my relaxation, and the bathroom felt cramped with limited surface area.

Just a decent option for a brief pit stop in Krakow with the best value. The food in the restaurant overlooking the main square was surprisingly delightful. Try to book a room with a view for more enjoyment.

Perfect location and charming stay
We had a lovely time here! The place is right next to the main square, and we loved hearing the trumpet calls from St Mary’s every hour. Our room was cute with nice decor, but the bathroom was a bit small. The in-room breakfast was a tasty treat we really enjoyed, though. Overall, a great spot!

The Bonerowski Palace has a stunning location right by the Old Town Square, offering charm and clean elegance. However, I faced issues with the heating and the breakfast service took a while, yet I appreciated the variety and welcoming staff. Overall, a lovely experience.

Staying at Bonerowski Palace was a delightful experience! The location couldn't be better, right by the market square. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, which I really appreciated. The breakfast served was impressive, with a wide selection of local and international options. I loved how the staff went above and beyond. they were friendly and eager to help. I asked for a packed lunch for a day trip, and they prepared it perfectly. However, I did hear some noise at night since it's in the busy center, but that’s to be expected. Also, the air conditioning in my room could’ve worked more effectively during the hot summer days. Despite this, I would certainly return as the positives outweighed the few minor inconveniences.

missingWrote a review on May 23opulent suitevibrant locationcharming decorlimited amenitiesbed firmness
The suite overlooking the main square features opulent decor with murals, plush furnishings, and a private balcony that adds character to the stay. The vibrant location makes exploring the area effortless, placing iconic sites right at your doorstep.
Though the aesthetic is appealing, the beds might not suit everyone’s tastes, as they tend to be a bit firm, which can impact comfort during the night. Finding sufficient electrical plugs in the room can be a challenge since they’re limited, which can be annoying if you're traveling with multiple devices. Breakfast is also pricey compared to options at nearby cafes, and during an event, noise levels may disrupt sleep, especially in rooms located beneath the festivities.

would want to stay there again
Had a three-night stay in a deluxe studio. The room was spacious and offered a large seating area with a minibar for convenience. The bathroom had excellent products. Breakfast had both a buffet and menu with fresh fruits and eggs. Great location right on the main square with views of the Cloth Hall. The staff was friendly and helpful.
