Spent New Year at this hotel, and it was fantastic! Complimentary champagne and party hats were given to guests for the occasion, a lovely touch. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything! Another great thing was the breakfast, lots of options to choose from, and very delicious. The staff was accommodating and helpful.
The room was quite small with no view, and I expected it to be more spacious given the price. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong and kept disconnecting.

our recent stay at the beautiful hotel in Krakow was beyond amazing. the luxury suite had a beautiful view and was one of the largest rooms we've stayed in Europe. the staff, especially Kate, were sweet and considerate, even shipping back our son's lost bunny. staying here definitely relieved the stress of traveling with a toddler.
Air con didn't cool the room.
